TIME TABLE
FLIGHTS & TRANSPORTS
All flights departing from Italy will land at Terminal 3 of Dubai Airport
Once landed, passengers on flight EK206 will find a dedicated pick-up service at the exit that will take them to the hotel.
Passengers arriving with flights other than those mentioned can reach the hotel with one of the many public Taxi (beige color) that can be found at the exit from the airport
Taxi are the easiest way to get around Dubai: they almost always accept credit card payments (check before you board). Uber is also very popular.
For the return, those traveling with flights EK091 on 12/11 and 13/11 can take advantage of a pick-up service to the airport, for those traveling with other flights will need to use the Taxi service.

MEALS
Breakfast, included in the stay, will be served as a buffet at Brasserie 2.0 for the duration of the stay.
Lunch is left to the free choice of everyone, so you can manage according to your commitments. The resort has 10 themed eateries and Dubai Marina, with its restaurants, is within easy walking distance.
For those also staying on the whole of 12/11, if desired, there will be the opportunity to take an excursion in the desert, including local recreational activities and dinner. The departure is scheduled for 14.30 from the hotel and the return by 22:00. Confirmation of participation is required via e-mail.
MAIN EVENT
The Castel Group Board Meeting 2023 will officially open at 18.30 on 11/11 with the registration of participants.
The event will be held outdoors and will be hosted in a dedicated area within the resort.
Registration will close at 19:00 and will leave space for the presentation.
At the end of the presentation, about 20:00, will follow the dinner with its entertainment.
DRESS CODE
Casual chic! During the meeting, we expect a temperature of 30°, we want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible, without sacrificing elegance.
During the day, temperatures can reach 35°, beware of significant temperature changes due to the massive use of air conditioning indoors.
Note for the ladies: the meeting will take place in a green area, we recommend the use of heels-savers or platform shoes.
