Information provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and subsequent amendments and additions applicable in Italy
Dear User, we wish to inform you that Regulation (EU) 2016/679 provides for the protection of natural persons with regard to processing of personal data. In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, processing shall be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protecting your confidentiality and rights.
Your data will be processed by Castel S.r.l., acting as a data controller, whose registered offices are located at 2-4 Via Provinciale – Pessano Con Bornago (MI).
The data that you provide will be processed solely for the following purposes:
a) In order to manage your request: providing data is optional, but if this data is not provided, we will be unable to follow up your request. Your data will not be disseminated and will only be kept by our Company for the amount of time necessary to follow up your request (unless you give your consent for the following item).
b) In order to inform you, with prior consent, about upcoming sales promotions, new product announcements, services and offers, as well as any other information material (catalogues, newsletters, etc.) by letter, e-mail, fax, SMS and MMS. Your data will not be disseminated and will be kept by our Company for no longer than two years, starting from when consent has been given. Not giving consent does not limit the use of the service referred to in point a) for users.
The data may also be forwarded to third parties whilst performing obligations laid down by law or when inspections/audits are carried out (e.g. public bodies, supervisory authorities, banking institutions etc.).
Data processing will be performed using both manual tools and software, by specifically appointed Castel S.r.l. personnel or by our data controllers.
In order to have full clarity concerning the operations that we have made reference to; and, particularly, to be able to delete, anonymise and block data processed in breach of the law; to request an update, correction or integration; to object to the data’s use; to acquire the updated list of data processors; and to exercise the other rights provided for in Article 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) No 679/2016 , users may write to the following address: privacy@castel.it or call 02-957021.
Concerning the right to stop any information about products, services and company promotions from being sent, a specific option allowing the recipient to easily unsubscribe from the mailing list is found in every piece of correspondence with reference to the contact details set out above.
If you consider there to be a breach of your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the competent authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, without ruling out the possibility of filing a complaint directly to the judicial authority.
